Read moreWith Coronavirus dominating the news at the moment, it’s hard not to feel a little bit uneasy. Although we stock a wide variety of products, the one that has been at the front of all our minds for the past few weeks is our FLIR Infrared cameras.
They’re incredibly sensitive to heat, so can be used as a detector of elevated body temperature, which is an early symptom in potential Coronavirus cases. This is not the first time we’ve seen products like this being used for detection of contagious illnesses, they’ve been used extensively in the aviation industry for the detection of SAARS during the 2002-2003 outbreak as well as Swine Flu in the late 2000s.
That said, it isn’t all doom and gloom, the cameras can be used for more cheerful things, such as producing music videos in a totally different dimension such as this one featuring Jess Glynne. Route 94 - My Love ft. Jess Glynne
