Inspectahire Becomes Trace Industry Distributor
Inspectahire Instruments Ltd, the Remote Visual Inspection Company, is delighted to announce they have recently purchased a range of high spec gas detectors. The inspection organisation are now the official distributor for Trace Industry, offering an affordable range of gas detectors for Hydrogen, Helium and Refrigerants. The new technology offers methods for leak detection and quality control applications, using inexpensive flexible and safety tracer gases.
The range of detectors available is very diverse, each model has been specially designed to detect a specialist gas emission. For example the Trace 100 is a hydrogen tracer gas detector. This new portable product makes the revolutionary Hydrogen Method available for leak testing in the toughest of environments and remote locations. Finding leaks down to bacteria size, Trace 100 is the ultimate tool for a wide range of demanding applications. The model brings accuracy, flexibility and simplicity into remote locations. Its compact size makes it perfect for all applications in the HVAC and RAC industries.
The Trace 400 is a compact helium leak detector that can run on its own battery for up to four hours. Weighing only 2.6 kg (5.7 lbs) including the battery, it can be taken everywhere. Controlled by a microprocessor, it is easy to use. All tuning and zeroing are handled automatically. The Trace 400 is designed to specifically meet the industrial requirements of leak detection applications. It can detect very small leaks by applying a slight helium/air pressure inside the object. It is sensitive to helium concentrations as small as 2 parts per million.
Inspectahire is committed to being progressive in the application of new technology and developing innovative processes. The company feels the introduction of Trace Industry technology will only further this goal. The gas detectors bring a new dimension to Inspectahires already diverse leak detection division. Inspectahire is an authorised Trace Industry distributor. For more information or to arrange a product demonstration, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 01224 789692.
